By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Zeta Press (“the Promoter”).
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram.
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Zeta Press, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of the promotion.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
3. Promotion Period
The prize draw opens on 16 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 14 October 2026 (“the Closing Date”).
Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter the prize draw, participants must complete and submit the Meta Ads form associated with the Zeta Press National 5 Complete Revision Bundle promotion during the Promotion Period.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring that the information provided on the Meta Ads form is accurate and complete.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
5. The Prize
There is one prize available.
The winner will receive a National 5 Complete Revision Bundle from Zeta Press.
The prize is subject to availability, is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Zeta Press reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equivalent or greater value where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the Closing Date.
The draw will take place within three (3) days of the Closing Date, and no later than 17 October 2026.
The random selection process will be administered fairly and in accordance with applicable promotional marketing requirements.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided through the Meta Ads form.
Zeta Press will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner.
The winner must respond within 7 days of being notified. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within this period, is unable to accept the prize, or is found to be ineligible, Zeta Press reserves the right to select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
The winner may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to confirm their eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize.
8. Delivery of the Prize
Zeta Press will arrange delivery of the National 5 Complete Revision Bundle to the winner at a UK address supplied by the winner.
The prize will normally be dispatched within 30 days of the winner confirming acceptance and providing the necessary delivery details.
Zeta Press will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
9. Winner Information
Zeta Press may make available information sufficient to demonstrate that a valid award has taken place, such as the winner’s surname and county.
Entrants may object to their information being published or made available, or request that the amount of information published be reduced, by contacting Zeta Press.
Zeta Press may nevertheless be required to provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.
10. Personal Data
Personal information supplied through the Meta Ads form will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner and arrange delivery of the prize.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Zeta Press’s Privacy Policy.
Where entrants are separately invited to consent to receive marketing communications, such consent will be optional and will not affect their chances of winning.
11. Entries
Zeta Press reserves the right to reject entries that it reasonably believes are incomplete, fraudulent, automatically generated, submitted using false information, or otherwise in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Zeta Press accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected or not successfully submitted due to technical problems outside its reasonable control.
12. General
Zeta Press reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable, provided that entrants are not unfairly disadvantaged.
Zeta Press’s decisions regarding the administration of the prize draw are final, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights that entrants have under applicable consumer law.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta.
By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Zeta Press and not to Facebook, Instagram or Meta.
