Returns Policy

At ZETA PRESS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with the books you’ve bought, we're here to help. Please read our returns policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

You can return new, unused, and undamaged books within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The book must be in the same condition as when you received it, with no signs of use or damage.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging (where applicable).

2. Non-returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Digital books (eBooks, PDFs, etc.).
  • Books marked as “clearance”.
  • Books that have been damaged by the customer after delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team a returns@zetapress.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged book), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • If you are returning the book for any other reason (e.g., you’ve changed your mind), you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned book and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • A full refund (minus any original shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
  • If you requested an exchange, the replacement will be shipped as soon as the returned item has been received and processed.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect book, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange a replacement or refund, including the return shipping costs.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at returns@zetapress.co.uk. If the order has already been shipped, the standard returns process will apply.
